An investigation of how the choreography of a performance can evolve from costume design.

The aim of the project was to create a costume that encourages movement while being spiritually healing for the body. All pieces are naturally dyed with turmeric, which gives a bright yellow colour. Turmeric has been believed to have healing properties since ancient times. The inner piece is made from leftover silk organza fabric and the design is inspired by traditional Vietnamese clothing.
